Touaguba Hill Paradise commenced construction on September 2016 and completed September 2018. The project was completed within the planned two years period.

 

Introduction

Touaguba Hill Paradise is a residential development completed by NPL Development Ltd. Touaguba Hill Paradise is set on the highest point of Touaguba Hill that comes the latest in luxury and stylish architectural design and became a landmark in Town. It is within the proximity of luxurious hotels, commercial establishments, the APEC House as well as shopping, restaurants, banks as well as schools.

The development consist of three separate residential blocks each containing residential units in configurations of one, two and three bedroom units. There are two (2) blocks of seven storey and one (1) block which is six storey tall. Parking of theses units are situated at the base and lower levels of the blocks.

Buildings A & B has three parking levels to accommodate its tenants. Building C has two levels of parking. Level parking share the 7 space for utilities such as control room, building management office. Additional lower level at Building C houses the electrical room, generator room as well as indoor fitness gymnasium.

The Site

The site is located on Section 64, Allotment 25, Granville, Port Moresby, National Capital District. It is accessed through Daugo Street which is 20 meters wide. The total site area is 0.669 hectare.

As the property abuts several existing adjacent residential lots, utilities such as electricity and water tapping points are accessible and available

 

The site development dubbed Touaguba Hill Paradise comprises of three building apartments with 9 levels including basement parkings. It is one of the biggest development in Port Moresby and strategically located at the highest point of Touaguba Hill. The project site offers the best view of the spectacular beauty of Ela Beach, Koki Bay and partially of Harbour City.

Design Concept

The proposed development is planned to provide functional and high-quality residential apartment buildings which will complement the surroundings at the top of Touguba Hill. It is also envisioned to improve the appearance of the surrounding by becoming a modern look of the area as a contemporary modern modif was in the design. Building had a total of 113 units ranging from one, two, three 8 bedroom units and four bedroom units for the penthouse.

 

The architect and design team have gone to great depths to give an artistic and aesthetic touch. Strategically set from a high point, the buildings and individual units are designed in a way that encapsulates nature and adds value to the picturesque backdrop of ocean views. Each apartment has been carefully designed to give a range of preference according to number of rooms/bathrooms and floor area.

VEHICLE PARKING & UTILITY SERVICES

Building A & B has three level of parking with each level a designed parking level entrance. They have a total of 160 parking units. Building C has 2 levels of parking at basement and ground floor. Building C parking has a total capacity of 67 parking units and parking entrance is accessible through a dedicated road to each parking level.

Domestic water tank, fire reserves and other mechanical components are located in the building’s basement and a standby generator for power backup.

 

LANDSCAPING

The site development make use of the natural sloping terrain of the site. An exclusive pool of 25 meters sits on the center of the property and a dedicated recreational area with barbeque space is within the space. A children’s playground gives a parklike environment that includes slides, swing, seesaws that will make anyone to be young at heart anytime.

Touaguba Hill Paradise has a construction area of 22,286.80 square meters. The Building A & B has six (6) levels of residential and three (3) levels of parking.

 

The Building C has seven (7) level of residential and two (2) level of parking. Lifts is on service for both buildings for all unit levels to parking levels.
